Very professional and great advice from the team. From the 1st contact with them to the installation of the system you couldn't ask for better personal service. Christian took the time to explain the different panels and inverters and provided a quote for exactly what i was looking for.The... onsite installation team arrived on time as promised took pride and care in the job they delivered. Caught up with Christian initially to get our heads around the whole process. There is so much information and misinformation around and it can be confusing. Christian put it all down plain and simple so we could both understand how it all works. Booked in for a 10.5kw system with Tesla 2 battery... on the VPP, got a cracking deal and a few weeks later we are practically living off grid and sending power back to the grid daily, which is money refunded back to us. Amazing service and install, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the first discussions of what solar system would work for us, to final install, Christian and Sonja have been abolsutely wonderful. We were advised a system that would give us the biggest returns, and... for a very reasonable price compared to others. Happy to support a local business and is a relief knowing that we can go back to them if anything ever goes wrong. Install is clean and tidy, and a phone app is provided to track solar use. They gave us all the information we asked for, and tailored a system around our budget. No pushy sales tactics or flashy buzz words being thrown around, just... some honest and clear information. Highly recommend Solar Warehouse if you are looking for a solar solution for your home. Christian was very easy to work with and gave lots of useful advice about designing a system to suit our needs. Sonja kept us up to date every step of the way such as SA Power Networks approval. Simon did a... fantastic job with the installation and was really friendly and approachable, nice if you are a bit OCD and a worrier like me! The system we went with is Canadian Solar. The pricing was fantastic with the government rebates. So far the system has worked flawlessly asides some minor technical issues with their mobile app. All in all I am very pleased with the choice to go with Solar Warehouse. The team at solar warehouse did an amazing job. The whole team were able to assist us in choosing the right solar system for our house. When you arrive Sonja greats you and sets you up with Christian who goes through every option that would suite your house. We ended up with a 6.6kw system with 22... X 300kw panels. No matter how much time you spend researching the internet you can't beat talking to the experts. Christian is a solar expert and was able to assist me through the complexities of the various panels, configurations, iverters etc to give us an excellect 5.8kw solar system that was very competitively... priced. As with any work by tradesmen there is likely to be some minor issues and installing solar is no different. Solar Warehouse are awesome! Our installation was challenging to say the least... A narrow, doubled storied property with gables along the roof. Very difficult side access for a scissor lift. Not only did the guys persevere through hot and windy weather, they overcame every challenge thrown at... them. Christian was always happy to answer every question I could throw at him, was quick to respond to emails and always called back if he missed my call. Not only that, was completely honest throughout the quote procedure and did not pressure me to sign up for one product over another. They will not sell garbage or an unworkable solution. Had a 6kW system installed along with a ducted reverse cycle air con. Service was excellent with everything fully installed within a week. I love being able to monitor my solar production and being able to turn off my ac when i forget in the morning is the best thing ever!
